You would think that a mature long term view of the ICT market could be taken. In 10 years time how do we want our LCT landscape to look like?

In 10 years time what will be more important, the increased revenues of Telikom or the number of people with mobile phones that run both voice and internet services?

Compete on the playing field not on the sideline. Because competition shows the market what is feasible and what is not in terms of what people will pay for. Artificially propping up companies through legislation does more harm than good. How will we ever learn to be competitive?
