See It From Another Side…

Speaking of acting in movies, my mate Brendan Walsh who I did my short film with is doing a showing of a documentary I helped produce with him in Port Moresby. The documentary is called ‘Moresby modern’ and is basically about modern PNG and young people finding their way through it in their selected careers. My work with masalai etc is covered in the doco along with several others.

He’s still working on distribution for the film so it can go on sale for everyone, but in the meantime he’ll be doing a showing at the Dendy Cinema in Canberra on the 29th of July.

If you’re in Oz and around Canberra please drop in to watch the doco and let us know what you think. (Sorry due to distribution arrangements we can’t show any previews at this stage).

  1. This sounds great – has the PNG community in Canberra been informed? I’ll pass this on to Canberra contacts in the meantime.

    How about Sydney ?! 🙂

“What a great turn out! It was really fantastic to see so many people out on a rainy Thursday to watch these docos and support local film makers. Apologies to those that were turned away at the door (who would have thought!) and thanks to all those who came.”

  3. Emmanuel, what about cold Melbourne.Let the world know about PNG.

What about the PNG community in the big place MELBOURNE ! They say that Melbourne has a population of 4.5million people of all nations living there and “IT IS A LIVE ABLE CITY”. In this one city alone PNGs are there too.

Just imagine whole of PNG in this one city:what is our population now??
